Yes. The highest-level entity is the organization, which can have multiple independent but centralized Business Units. Users can belong to one or more of these Business Units, always selecting one as their primary.

Yes. Cordage allows you to set a preferred language for the user interface; currently supporting both English and Spanish. You can also configure any language supported by your organization to create content, and even set a priority order for them. The platform enables you to generate translations of your records for all languages supported by your organization.

Yes. We offer a "Guest" user type specifically for external collaborators. Guest users are not part of the organization, so they cannot be assigned within the org. chart and have limited visibility by design.

We offer two licensing types: Advanced and Basic. Advanced users can be assigned roles and responsibilities across the platform.
Basic users have read and collaboration access. Both Standard and Guest users can be assigned either license type, depending on your needs.

Module assignment is managed at the business unit level, allowing for independent control. However, the platform also supports visibility sharing across units when needed. For example, a document like the “Corporate Philosophy” might reside in the “Headquarters” business unit, but you can choose to share it with “Plant 1” and “Plant 2”.

Instead of locking you into rigid, predefined modules, we chose to give you full control. We built a flexible module called Custom Objects, which lets you create and manage any type of process, defining each stage and behavior to fit your specific needs.

Absolutely. Cordage includes a management systems catalog that lets you link each system to standards, processes, categories, and any other entity, catalog, or object within the platform. This makes it easy to manage multiple systems in parallel, as well as integrated management systems.
